Northpine Ltd is a proudly Northland-owned timber manufacturer based in Waipu. We’re looking for a motivated Customer Services Representative to join our busy planning and sales office — supporting dispatch, freight coordination, and customer service across our Northpine and Northbeam brands.
You’ll be the friendly first point of contact for customers, truck drivers, and contractors — keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
Your day will be varied, covering:
We’re after someone who: - Is organized, accurate, and calm under pressure - Has great communication and computer skills - Can build strong working relationships with customers, drivers, and internal teams - Enjoys multi-tasking and keeping on top of details - Has experience in an office, dispatch, or logistics environment (preferred but not essential)
